September has been a busy month for HailSolve both inside and outside of the office. To facilitate the firm's rapidly expanding footprint, two new additions were welcomed to the management team.
Adam Milfort - Director of Risk Management Adam brings to HailSolve over a decade of experience handling the largest and most complex commercial property claims. He started his career with Travelers and then Nationwide Insurance identifying and estimating building damage, business income, and working through appraisal and litigated claims as a General Adjuster. In this role he handled large fires, collapse, inland marine, builders risk, wind, hail, and water claims throughout the United States. This breadth of knowledge and experience allows HailSolve to communicate effectively and professionally with insurance carriers.
He completed his BA at Purdue University and has participated in countless industry training and certification programs.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and two little girls as well as woodworking.
Bob Johnson - Senior Vice President, Atlanta
Bob is a seasoned veteran of the commercial real estate industry, building an impressive career that has spanned over 32 years. During this time, Bob has helped his institutional, family office, and private clients with a range of services including landlord representation, tenant representation, and investment sales. Most recently, Bob executed over $2 billion in sales and leasing throughout the United States with large portfolio and single property clients. Bob prides himself in delivering a consultative and comprehensive approach, which has helped clients to prosper and has resulted in him receiving numerous performance awards.
Notable clients have included John Hancock, Sun Life, GE Capital RREEF, AEW, Alex Brown Realty, and TA Associates.
Bob holds a Business Economics degree from Southern Connecticut State University.In his spare time, Bob enjoys spending time with family and friends and doing outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, skiing, and skeet shooting.
